Internships and Co-ops
Innotec’s internship and co-operative program exposes students to a fast-paced manufacturing environment where they will learn new skills and gain hands-on experience. Interns and co-ops work with small teams of Innotec employees in a project-based continuous improvement environment.
Interns and co-ops have exposure to all aspects of operations including production and process improvement, material and inventory management, quality, logistics, finance and customer support. A typical day for an Innotec intern is incredibly varied, with purposeful time spent on improvement projects aligned with the student’s skills and passions.
Innotec offers internship and co-operative positions at various locations, with priority given to students studying in the country of the location where they apply. The Zeeland, Michigan headquarters hosts the largest program, with over 60 intern and co-op students selected annually.
Internships and co-ops are offered to students studying mechanical, electrical, plastics and manufacturing engineering, finance/accounting, computer science/information systems, and communications/marketing.
