Job Description:

Innotec’s internship program is designed with a dual purpose. It is an opportunity for you to be exposed to a fast-paced manufacturing environment, to learn new skills, as well as gain hands on engineering experience. It is also an opportunity for you and Innotec to get to know each other with the goal of possible future full time employment. Our intent is that the relationship will be mutually rewarding. Interns are expected to capable of the following:

• Time management, skill development, and solid drive and initiative
• Maintain overall G.P.A. of 3.0 or higher
• Good decision making skills along with interpersonal skills
• The ability to manage several projects
• Skill in organizing, prioritizing, and executing improvement projects with little guidance
• The ability to run production and trouble-shoot machines
• High levels of trust and integrity
