In order to design and produce quality LED based lighting solutions, Innotec has become an expert in thermal management, optic design, LED selection and driver configuration. Each application is first evaluated to determine the quantity and characteristics of the light required. A number of proprietary tools are then used to minimize wasted light, excess heat, and total system complexity without compromising product performance.
Additionally a series of simulation tools are used to verify performance before the product gets launched with our world class, QS / TS certified manufacturing engine. The manufacturing process itself is a trade secret, and is contained under one roof. It utilizes one tier of suppliers and takes seven steps compared to an estimated four tiers and seventeen steps for a comparable PCB based solution.
